Laura is an influencer on social networks but also a physiotherapist and osteopath in real life. It was during her appearance on the show "Married at First Sight" that the young woman was discovered by the general public. A fan of simple and natural beauty, she answers our questions.

ROSEBLOG - Laura, can you tell us a little about yourself? How did you become influential on social networks?

Laura - I became an influencer after my television appearance on the Married at First Sight season 5 experience. A trained physiotherapist and osteopath, I wasn't present on social media at all before that. So it was simply an opportunity and I learned "on the job".

ROSEBLOG - How do you see influence in all this? How does your daily life go between different hats?

Laura - My daily life is not easy... My activities as a caregiver and influencer already filled my life, not to mention sports, life as a couple, my two adorable dogs and a cat! In March, our family grew and I had to find my bearings.

I haven't resumed my activity yet so for now I'm taking care of my daughter who I'm breastfeeding, I honor my collaborations on Instagram between two diapers. I manage this activity alone so it takes time (emails, invoices, content creation, etc.). Then of course like everyone else, there are the tasks of daily life. Finally, since my schedule is not busy enough, I'm creating my business, it's a great adventure! I take advantage of naps to move forward on all my projects.

ROSEBLOG - Working on networks, we can say that it is a daily job... How do you manage the "private life" aspect?

Laura - It's not easy to have time off while working on social networks. Indeed, creating content is every day, all the time, even during the holidays. Before, I would turn off my phone on vacation... I admit that I miss it a little. I communicate a lot with my community, it's important, both for them and for the brands I work with. This activity very often spills over into private life, fortunately my partner sees the work that it requires and is very understanding.

ROSEBLOG - What do you do when you (finally) find the time to sit down and take a few minutes for yourself?

Laura - When I take a moment for myself, it's either to do sports (yoga or Pilates at the moment) or to take care of myself. I take a bath, I do my skincare and then my nails... I'm a mother but it's important for me to continue taking care of myself to feel good about myself.

ROSEBLOG - How would you define your relationship with beauty?

Laura - My relationship with beauty is important, I have always taken care of myself, on the good advice of my mother who is in great shape today. So I have always had, since adolescence, a morning routine and an evening routine to take care of my face and body with suitable products. It is an important moment, I feel good afterwards! I never miss it.

ROSEBLOG - Would you say you are more of a makeup team or a skincare team?

Laura - I am more skincare oriented. For me it is very important especially in the long term to keep beautiful skin as long as possible. As for makeup, I don't wear makeup every day and never a lot, just the basics .

ROSEBLOG - If you had to keep only one of all the skincare products that exist, which would it be?

Laura - If I had to keep only one product, it would be a nourishing natural oil that I would apply to the body and face.

ROSEBLOG - Have you tried ROSEGOLD products? If so, what did you think of them?

Laura - I tested the ROSEGOLD products, I got my eyelashes back after many months of eyelash extensions following the treatment so I'm delighted. I also liked the nail and eyebrow serums. I haven't tried the one for hair because it doesn't grow, I've tried everything and I've come to terms with it.

ROSEBLOG - What ultimate beauty tip will you pass on to your daughter?

Laura - I will do as my mother would tell her, that the important thing, morning and evening, is to clean your face to be fresh and clean, and as you grow up, always remove your makeup, and add appropriate care products to have beautiful skin for as long as possible. Exactly like grandma and mom!
