What are the shipping times for your products?

For France, your orders are dispatched within 24/48 hours and delivered in less than a week. Outside this zone, delivery times may be extended.

Do you ship all over the world?

Yes, absolutely. We deliver worldwide.

Do you provide product tracking information?

Yes, you can track your delivery directly from the "TRACK MY ORDER" tab. Or via the order tracking link, sent in the shipping e-mail. ps: The tracking button in the shipping confirmation email may take a few hours to be functional.

I've received a damaged item. What can I do about it?

We're sorry to hear that. Simply send us an image of the damaged item in question to the following email address: [email protected] and we will send you a similar replacement item as quickly as possible.

Where are you located? And where are your serums made?

Our serums are manufactured in ILE-DE-FRANCE and our head office is in PARIS.

Do you have a refund policy?

We do our best to resolve any problems our customers may encounter with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can of course make the payment, provided the claim is made within 14 days of the date of receipt of the product.
