Mission with ESATs
At ROSEGOLD, we believe that a brand is much more than just a company. A brand goes far beyond business or profitability, it must impact its customers, its audience, its time. It must convey a mission and commitments with which its audience can identify and associate.
The brand must therefore take advantage of its visibility and omnipresence to convey positive messages that contribute to a better world. We believe that, as a brand, we have a social responsibility. That's why we've decided to use structures that employ disabled people to carry out our packaging operations.
Today, we work with 3 ESAT (Etablissement ou Service d'Aide par le Travail) and employ close to a hundred disabled workers who handle: packaging, sleevage, boxing and palletizing ROSEGOLD products.
The people who carry out our packaging operations do a remarkable job, and we thank them for it. This video is a tribute to their work, a call for tolerance and an encouragement to live together.
