Does the Rose+ program incur additional costs?

The month following your first purchase with our Rose+ program, you will be charged €19.90/month which will be fully converted into credits for your next orders. Unless you decide to pause or cancel the Rose+ program.

Do I need to make purchases every month?

No, you are not required to make purchases every month. The Rose+ program was designed to be very flexible: either you use your €19.90 credit every month, or you accumulate the same €19.90 from month to month. You are also free to pause the program at any time.

Can we still make purchases on your site without being registered in your Rose+ club?

In fact, you can absolutely make one-off purchases. You will need to select "one-off purchase" when validating your basket. Purchases made without the Rose+ program still allow you to benefit from the “buy more to earn more” offers.

Do I need to have created a ROSECLUB account beforehand to join the Rose+ program?

No, you do not need to have an account on our loyalty program to be able to join our Rose+ program. By joining our Rose+ program, you will also automatically join our ROSECLUB program and earn even more credits.
