The month following your first purchase with our Rose+ program, you will be charged €19.90/month, which will be converted into credits for your next orders. Unless you decide to pause or cancel the Rose+ program.
No, you don't have to make purchases every month. The Rose+ program has been designed to be very flexible: either you use your €19.90 credit every month, or you accumulate the same €19.90 from month to month. You are also free to pause the program at any time.
You can also make one-off purchases. You will need to select "one-off purchase" when validating your basket. Purchases made without the Rose+ program are still eligible for "buy more, earn more" offers.
No, you don't have to have an account on our loyalty program to join our Rose+ program. In fact, by joining our Rose+ program you'll also automatically join our ROSECLUB program and earn even more credits.
