First introduced to the world on the show Secret Story in 2012, Capucine Anav made the most of this opportunity to build a solid career in the media world. The Lyon native became an essential figure in the French audiovisual landscape in just a few years, and her journey continues to inspire admiration. Always evolving, she takes on numerous projects and regularly sets herself new challenges, proving that she never stops reinventing herself!

ROSEBLOG - Capucine, now 32 years old, you are an actress, television and radio host... What drives you in this work? Do you think you were destined for it? 

Capucine Anav - What drives me in this work is interacting with the public, especially when it comes to media hosting. As for acting, what I really love about this profession is having the chance to live several lives at once through the different roles I play. This career has been a dream of mine since I was very young, but I never thought I would have the chance to make it come true. Thanks to my perseverance, I managed to achieve and fulfill my dreams. 

ROSEBLOG - How do you view the role of influence in all this? Is it a full-fledged part of your job? Or do you consider this side of your work to be a more fun branch of your activity? 

Capucine Anav - I consider the world of influence to be an additional, fun branch. I really developed this activity during the lockdown when theaters were closed and filming was on hold, and I must admit that I grew to enjoy it. 

ROSEBLOG - You are present on many media platforms, especially Instagram and Snapchat, where you have millions of followers... How do you manage this active media presence on social media on a daily basis (in addition to your various roles)? Has your view of influence changed since you became a mother? 

Capucine Anav -  My social media notoriety is something I manage fairly well, because I am able to draw the line. And besides, I have an extremely understanding audience that fully accepts the fact that I do not show my whole life on social media. They respect the fact that I have my little secret garden, and that is cool, because I do not have the pressure (unlike some others) to tell myself "ola lalala I absolutely have to post today" to get content. 

Let's talk a little about beauty 

ROSEBLOG - What is your routine? What are your skincare and makeup essentials, and above all, why? 

Capucine Anav  - My skincare routine starts in the morning with cleansing my skin using the goat milk soap from Pin Up Secret. I then moisturize my skin with the MARACUJA elixir from Ayv and apply a day cream. I follow up with my makeup (or not, because there are days when I don't wear makeup), which I get from Les Pépites Cosmétiques. In the evening, I follow the same ritual, adding my Rosegold routine, especially the serum for my eyelashes and eyebrows, and presto, I am ready for a good night's sleep! 

ROSEBLOG - What is your essential beauty step upon waking up? 

Capucine Anav - As soon as I wake up, I put on under-eye patches. I really need them with my new role as a mother... (haha) 

ROSEBLOG - What ultimate beauty and wellness advice will you pass on to your daughter? 

Capucine Anav - The beauty advice I will give my daughter later is to always moisturize her skin well, but above all to stay natural, because that is the most beautiful.
