Capucine Anav is one of those personalities with a remarkable career. Television, radio, comedy, social networks... nothing resists her and it is supported by a solid community that she traces her path. We asked her a few questions.

Revealed to the world by the show Secret Story in 2012, Capucine Anav took advantage of this opportunity to build a solid career in the world of media. The Lyon native has become in the space of a few years a key figure in the French audiovisual landscape, and her career continues to inspire admiration. Constantly evolving, she multiplies projects and regularly takes on new challenges, proving that she never stops reinventing herself!

ROSEBLOG - Capucine, today at 32 years old you are an actress, TV and radio host… What motivates you in this work? Do you think you were predestined for it?

Capucine Anav - What motivates me in this job is the exchange with the public, especially for the media animation side. As for comedy, what I really like about this job is having the chance to live several lives in one thanks to the different roles I play. This career has been a dream since I was very young, but I didn't think I would have the chance to make it come true, but thanks to my perseverance, I managed to achieve and make my dreams come true.

ROSEBLOG - How do you see influence in all this? Is it a full part of your job? Or do you rather consider this side as a more fun branch of your activity?

Capucine Anav - I consider the world of influence as an additional and fun branch. I really developed this activity during the lockdown when theaters were closed and filming was on hold and I admit that I got a taste for it.

ROSEBLOG - You are present on many media, especially on Instagram and Snapchat where you have millions of subscribers... How do you manage this active media coverage on the networks on a daily basis (in addition to your different roles)? Has your vision of influence changed since you became a mother?

Capucine Anav - I manage my notoriety on social networks rather well, because I manage to put things into perspective. And then, I have an extremely understanding audience, who accept the fact that I don't show my whole life on the networks. They respect the fact that I have my little secret garden and that's cool, because I don't have this pressure (unlike others) of saying to myself "ola lalala I absolutely have to post today" to have content.

Let's talk a little about beauty

ROSEBLOG - What is your routine? What are your skincare and makeup essentials and, above all, why?

Capucine Anav - My skincare routine starts in the morning by cleansing my skin with the goat's milk soap from Pin Up Secret , then I moisturize my skin with the MARACUJA elixir from Ayv and I apply a day cream. I then apply my makeup (or not, because there are days when I don't wear makeup) which I buy from Les Pépites Cosmétiques . In the evening, I do the same ritual, adding my Rosegold routine, including the serum for my eyelashes and eyebrows and hey presto, I'm ready for a good night!

ROSEBLOG - What is your essential beauty routine when you wake up?

Capucine Anav - As soon as I wake up, I put on anti-dark circle patches, I really need them with my new role as a mother... (haha)

ROSEBLOG - What ultimate beauty and wellness advice will you pass on to your daughter?

Capucine Anav - The beauty advice I will give my daughter later is to always moisturize her skin well, but above all to stay natural, because it is the most beautiful.

ROSEBLOG - You know Rosegold, you have already been able to test the range, which products are really your favorites?

Capucine Anav - I have known Rosegold perfectly well for 2 years now, and I love it, I can't do without it anymore. My favorites are Roselash for eyelashes and Rosebrow for eyebrows.
