Laura is an influencer on social networks, but also a physiotherapist and osteopath in real life. She first came to the attention of the general public when she appeared on the TV show "Mariés Au Premier Regard". A fan of simple, natural beauty, she answers our questions. 

ROSEBLOG - Laura, can you tell us a little about yourself? How did you become influential on the networks? 

Laura - I became an influencer following my TV appearance on Married at First Sight season 5. As an osteopathic physiotherapist by training, I wasn't at all present on social networks before that. So it was simply an opportunity and I learned "on the job".

ROSEBLOG - How do you see influence in all this? What's your day-to-day life like, juggling all these different roles? 

Laura - My day-to-day life isn't always easy... My activities as a carer and influencer were already filling up my life, not to mention sport, married life, my two adorable dogs and a cat! In March, our family grew and I had to find my feet. 

Je n’ai pas encore repris mon activité alors pour l’instant je m’occupe de ma fille que j’allaite, j’honore mes collaborations sur Instagram entre deux couches. Je gère cette activité seule donc cela prend du temps (mails, factures, création de contenu…). Puis bien sur comme tout le monde, il y a les tâches de la vie quotidienne. Enfin comme mon planning n’est pas assez chargé, je crée mon entreprise, c’est une super aventure ! Je profite des siestes pour avancer sur tous mes projets.

ROSEBLOG - Working on the networks, you could say it's an everyday job... How do you manage the "private life" aspect? 

Laura - It's not easy to have time off when you're working on social networks. After all, content creation is an everyday job, all the time, even on vacation. I used to switch off my phone when I was on vacation... I admit I do miss it a bit. I communicate a lot with my community, which is important, both for them and for the brands I work with. Fortunately, my partner understands the work involved and is very understanding.

ROSEBLOG - What do you do when you (finally) find the time to sit down and take a few minutes for yourself? 

Laura - When I give myself a moment to myself, it's either to do sport (yoga or Pilate at the moment) or to take care of myself. I take a bath, do my skincare and then my nails... I'm a mom, but it's important for me to continue taking care of myself to feel good about myself.

ROSEBLOG - How would you define your relationship with beauty? 

Laura - My relationship with beauty is an important one. I've always taken care of myself, following the good advice of my mom, who is in great shape today. So, since I was a teenager, I've always had a morning and an evening routine to take care of my face and body with the right products. It's an important moment, and I feel great afterwards! I never miss a moment.

ROSEBLOG - Do you prefer the make-up team or the skincare team? 

Laura - I'm more into skincare. For me, it's very important, especially in the long term, to keep my skin looking good for as long as possible. When it comes to make-up, I don't wear it every day and never a lot.es.

ROSEBLOG - If you had to keep just one of all the skincare products out there, which would it be? 

Laura - If I had to keep just one product, it would be a nourishing natural oil that I would apply to my body and face.

ROSEBLOG - Have you tried ROSEGOLD products? If so, what did you think? 

Laura - I tested the ROSEGOLD products and got my eyelashes back after many months of eyelash extensions following the treatment, so I'm delighted. I also liked the nail and eyebrow serums. I haven't tried the hair serum because my hair doesn't grow, but I've tried everything and I've made up my mind.

ROSEBLOG - What's the ultimate beauty tip to pass on to your daughter? 

Laura - I'll do what my mom does, telling her that the most important thing, morning and night, is to cleanse your face so that you're fresh and clean, and as you get older, always remove your make-up, and add the right skincare products to keep your skin looking beautiful for as long as possible.
