Capucine Anav is one of those personalities with a remarkable track record. Television, radio, comedy, social networks... nothing stands in her way, and it's with the support of a solid community that she's making her way. We asked her a few questions. 

Revealed to the world by the show Secret Story in 2012, Capucine Anav has used this opportunity to forge a solid career in the media world. In the space of just a few years, the Lyon native has become a key figure in the French audiovisual landscape, and her career path continues to inspire admiration. Constantly evolving, she multiplies her projects and regularly takes on new challenges, proving that she never stops reinventing herself!

ROSEBLOG - Capucine, at the age of 32 you're an actress, TV and radio host... What drives you in this work? Do you think you were predestined for it? 

Capucine Anav - Ce qui m’anime dans ce travail, c'est l’échange avec le public, notamment pour le côté animation médiatique. En ce qui concerne la comédie, ce que j’aime vraiment dans ce métier, c'est d’avoir la chance de pouvoir vivre plusieurs vies en une grâce aux différents rôles que j’interprète. Cette carrière, c'est un rêve depuis mon plus jeune âge, mais je ne pensais pas avoir la chance de le réaliser, mais grâce à ma persévérance, j'ai réussi à atteindre et réaliser mes rêves. 

ROSEBLOG - How do you see influence in all this? Is it an integral part of your job? Or do you see it as a more fun side of the business? 

Capucine Anav - Je considère le milieu de L’influence comme une branche en plus et fun. J’ai vraiment développé cette activité pendant le confinement quand les théâtres étaient fermés et les tournages en pause et j’avoue que j’y ai pris goût. 

ROSEBLOG - You're present on many media, particularly on Instagram and Snapchat, where you have millions of followers... How do you manage this active media presence on the networks on a daily basis (in addition to your various hats)? Has your vision of influence changed since you became a mom? 

Capucine Anav - I manage my notoriety on social networks quite well, because I manage to keep things in perspective. What's more, I have an extremely understanding public, who understand that I don't show my whole life on the networks. They respect the fact that I have my own little secret garden, and that's cool, because I don't have this pressure (unlike others) to say to myself "ola lalala I absolutely must post today" to get content.

ROSEBLOG - What's your routine like? What are your skincare and makeup essentials, and most importantly, why?

Capucine Anav  - Ma routine skincare commence dès le matin avec un nettoyage de ma peau avec le savon au lait de chèvre de chez Pin Up Secret, je m’hydrate ensuite la peau avec l’élixir de MARACUJA de chez Ayv et j'applique une crème jour. J’enchaîne avec mon maquillage (ou pas, car il y a des jours où je ne me maquille pas)  que je prends chez Les Pépites Cosmétiques. Le soir, je fais le même rituel, en y ajoutant ma routine Rosegold notamment le sérum pour mes cils et mes sourcils et hop, je suis prête pour une bonne nuit ! 

ROSEBLOG - What's your beauty routine as soon as you wake up? 

Capucine Anav - Dès le réveil, je mets des patchs anticernes, j’en ai vraiment besoin avec mon nouveau rôle de maman ... (haha) 

ROSEBLOG - What ultimate beauty and wellness advice will you pass on to your daughter? 

Capucine Anav - Le conseil beauté que je donnerai à ma fille plus tard c'est de toujours bien hydrater sa peau, mais surtout de rester naturelle, car c’est la plus belle. 

ROSEBLOG - You know Rosegold, you've already been able to test the range. Which products are your real favourites? 

Capucine Anav - Ie've known Rosegold perfectly well for 2 years now, and I love it, I can't live without it. My favorites are Roselash for lashes and Rosebrow for eyebrows.
